Alppine was a Barcelona project active from 2014 to 2017, formed by Alberto Bermejo, Marta Capdevila and Diego Delgado. Its music moved between electronic music, noise and experimental rock, using improvisation and extended structures to develop pieces through repetition, texture and accident rather than fixed song forms.
Arturo Bastón builds a film for Alppine's “Impro” from found footage, montage, and rhythmic repetition. The piece translates the track's improvised structure into a shifting visual sequence.
