The OCTUBRE.TV store offers small quantities of physical music editions directly and on an occasional, non-professional basis. These terms explain how orders, payments, delivery, and returns are handled.

Products are described as accurately as possible. Small variations in colour, packaging, printed matter, or handmade elements may occur. Editions are produced in limited quantities and all orders are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the buyer will be informed and the amount paid for that item will be refunded.
Prices are shown in euros (€). Any delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed. The buyer is responsible for reviewing the total price and order details before completing payment.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. An order is confirmed after payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been sent.
Orders are shipped from Porto, Portugal, to the destinations available during checkout. Estimated preparation and delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, postal services, customs, or circumstances outside OCTUBRE.TV’s control.
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery may be charged before an order is sent again.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
To request cancellation, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. An order can be cancelled and refunded if it has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, the return conditions below apply.
A return may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Contact [email protected] before sending anything back. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Sealed audio recordings, including cassettes or records, cannot be returned after the seal has been broken unless the item is defective or the wrong item was supplied.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return delivery costs. The original delivery cost is non-refundable, except where reimbursement is required by applicable law. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and checked.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and include the order number and clear photographs where relevant. OCTUBRE.TV will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other solution.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights that apply mandatorily under applicable law.
Order information is processed only to manage payment, delivery, communication, and related requests, as explained in the Privacy policy. It is not automatically added to the newsletter.
Buying a physical edition does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, upload, sample, broadcast, or commercially exploit the music, artwork, or other materials included in the edition.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply under the law of the buyer’s country of residence.
