Just Fish

Just Fish is formed by the Chilean musician and visual artist Martín Bruce on keyboards and the German musician and producer Janik Weu on drums.
After working in different bands and projects in their home countries, they formed the duo in summer 2022, when their paths eventually crossed in the city of Porto.

Just Fish intertwines groove with a glitchy sound aesthetic, embedded in psychedelic soundscapes.

Just Fish formed in Porto in 2022, when Chilean keyboardist and visual artist Martín Bruce and German drummer and producer Janik Weu crossed paths after years of playing in bands in their home countries. Their music pairs polyrhythmic grooves with glitchy textures and psychedelic landscapes, heard here across two tracks, “Safari Dschungel” and “Vinho da Casa”.
They follow their 2023 debut Santos Laguna (Nonlocal Research) with Santos Labubu, out on 29 October 2026 on the Chilean label Poxi Records.
